摘　　要：目的:探讨腹部手术患者术后疼痛进行护理干预,对减轻患者术后切口疼痛,提高患者的生活质量的效果。方法:将96例腹部择期手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例,对照组采取术后常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施护理干预。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组术后清醒时、24h、48h的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对性的护理干预措施可减轻腹部手术患者切口疼痛程度,增加患者的满意度,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广和应用。Objective:Discuss the nursing intervention’s effection of Postoperative pain for abdominal surgery patients,alleviate the patient’s postoperative incision pain,improve patient’s quality of life.Methods:Divided 96 patients into observation group and control group randomly,each group with 48 cases,and control group taking conventional postoperative care,observation group were carried out in nursing intervention based on routine nursing care.Compare the two groups of patients nursing effect.Results:Observation group after waking,24 h,48 h method of visual analogue scale (VAS) scores were higher than control group (P<0.05);Satisfaction and observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing intervention can reduce abdominal surgery patients pain of incision,increase patient satisfaction,improve patient’s quality of life,is worth popularization and application.
