亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤100例临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床效果。方法选择本院2010年1月～2013年1月收治的重型颅脑损伤患者100例,并随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者接收常规颅脑手术,实验组患者行亚低温治疗法,观察两组治疗效果。结果实验组有24例患者痊愈出院,对照组为11例,痊愈率分别为48.0%和22.0%。结论亚低温治疗能明显降低重型颅脑损伤患者的死亡率及致残率,提高治疗成功率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of hypothermia therapy for treatment of severe brain injury.Methods 100 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral injury in our hospital from 2010 January to 2013 January were selected and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the patients in control group received routine brain operation,and the the experimental group was received mild hypothermia therapy,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results The experimental group had 24 patients recovered,and there were 11 patients in the control group,the cure rate was 48.0% and 22.0% respectively.Conclusion The hypothermia treatment can significantly reduce the morbidity and mortality of patients,improve the success rate of treatment.
