外固定支架对桡骨远端不稳定型骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察外固定支架对桡骨远端不稳定型骨折的疗效。方法对2009年9月～2012年6月采用外固定支架治疗(观察组)和切开复位内固定治疗(对照组)的100例桡骨远端不稳定型骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果观察组患者手术3个月后治疗优良率为86.00%,手术6个月后治疗优良率为94.00%;对照组患者手术3个月后治疗优良率为72.00%,手术6个月后治疗优良率为82.00%,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外固定支架治疗桡骨远端不稳定型骨折疗效确切,操作简单,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of external fixation in treatment of unstable distal radius fracture.Methods The clinical datas of 100 patients with unstable distal radius fracture treated with the external fixation therapy (observation group) and open reduction and internal fixation therapy (control group) in our hospital from September 2009 to July 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The excellent rate was 86.00% after 3 months of surgery,and 94.00% after 6 months of surgery in the observation group.The excellent rate was 72.00% after 3 months of surgery,and 82.00% after 6 months of surgery in the control group.Compared between the two groups,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The external fixation therapy for unstable distal radius fracture is efficacy,simplicity of operator,and with less complication,it is worthy to be popularized.
