小剂量干扰素α联合多抗甲素治疗手足口病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察干扰素α(IFN-α)联合多抗甲素治疗手足口病的临床疗效和安全性。方法将2011年10月～2012年12月澄海人民医院儿科收治的146例普通手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组76例和对照组70例。治疗组76例予IFN-α肌注,<3岁者100000U/d,≥3岁者200000U/d;联合多抗甲素,<3岁者2.5mg/次,≥3岁者5.0mg/次,3次/d。对照组70例给予利巴韦林5mg/(kg·d)静脉滴注,2次/d。两组疗程均为5d,同时给予常规对症支持治疗。疗程结束后观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为89.5%(68/76),对照组为75.7%(53/70),两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组退热时间、进食时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间、皮疹消退时间均短于对照组[(2.10±0.93)d比(3.09±1.12)d,(3.10±1.20)d比(4.31±1.42)d,(3.20±1.30)d比(4.56±2.43)d,(3.14±2.06)d比(5.37±2.40)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IFN-α联合多抗甲素治疗手足口病具有良好的疗效和安全性,值得临床推广。Objeetive To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of interferon-α (IFN-α) combined with polyresistin on hand,foot and mouth disease in children.Methods One hundred and forty-six cases of children with common hand,foot and mouth disease from Chenghai People′s hospital were randomly distributed into two groups.Treatment group (76 patients) was treated with IFN-α combined with polyresistin,age < 3 years were given IFN-α 100 000 U per day,and polyresistin 2.5 mg per time,3 times every day;age > 3 years were given IFNα 200 000 U per day,and polyresistin 5.0 mg per time,3 times every day,the course of therapy were 5 days.Control group (70 patients) was treated with ribavirin injection,5 mg/(kg·d),2 times every day,the course of therapy was 5 days.Results After therapy,the total effect rate of treatment group was 89.5% and that of control group was 75.7%,there was significant difference between the groups (P<0.05).The time of normal body temperature recovered,time of appetite returned,time of ulcers recovered,time of rash subsided in treatment group were lower than that of control group [(2.10 ±0.93) d versus (3.09±1.12) d,(3.10±1.20) d versus (4.31±1.42) d,(3.20±1.30) d versus (4.56±2.43) d,(3.14±2.06) d versus (5.37±2.40) d],there was significant difference between the groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The IFN-α combined with polyresistin is of well efficacy and safety for children with hand,foot and mouth disease,should be widely applied to hand,foot and mouth disease in children.
