复方丹参注射液联合米力农治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方丹参注射液联合米力农治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效及安全性。方法选取本院2011年2月～2013年2月收治的50例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各25例。对照组患者给予洋地黄类、硝酸异山梨酯类、襻利尿剂及心肌营养药物治疗,观察组患者给予复方丹参注射液和米力农治疗。观察比较两组患者的心功能改善情况和临床疗效。结果对照组患者的心功能改善总有效率为68%,观察组为88%,与对照组相比,观察组患者的心功能改善总有效率较高,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的治疗总有效率为76%,观察组为96%,与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗总有效率较高,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参注射液联合米力农治疗慢性心力衰竭具有良好的治疗效果,且没有过敏等不良反应,安全有效,值得临床广推广。Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods 50 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were selected who had been admitted to our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013.These patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,each group had 25 cases.The patients in the control group were given digitalis,isosorbide esters,loop diuretics and myocardial nutrition drug treatment,and the patients in the observation group were given compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection and milrinone treatment.Then the heart function improvement situation and clinical effect of the two groups patients were observed and compared.Results The total improvement rate of cardiac function of patients in the control group and observation group was 68% and 88%.Compared to the control group,the total effective rate cardiac function of patients in the observation group was higher,the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05);The total effective rates of patients in the control group and observation group were 76% and 96%.Compared to the control group,the total efficiency of patients in the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant ( P< 0.05).Conclusion Compound danshen injection combined with milrinone has a good therapeutic effect in treating chronic congestive heart failure,and have no allergic reactions,they are safe and effective and deserves to be widely promoted in the clinical.
