扶他林乳膏合小活络丹外用治疗髌下脂肪垫劳损60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨扶他林乳膏合小活络丹外用治疗髌下脂肪垫劳损的治疗效果。方法髌下脂肪垫劳损患者120例,按就诊先后顺序分为两组,治疗组60例,采用扶他林乳膏合小活络丹外用,1次/d,10次为1个疗程;连续治疗1～2个疗程。对照组60例,采用曲安奈德注射液加利多卡因注射液局部封闭治疗,1次/周,4次为1个疗程,连续治疗1～2个疗程。结果治疗组治愈率为51.7%,总效率为95.0%;对照组治愈率为36.7%,总有效率为85.0%,治疗组疗效好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶他林乳膏合小活络丹外用治疗髌下脂肪垫劳损可以改善膝关节疼痛,疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the infrapatellar fat pad stain treated by futalin cream with small activating collaterals dan.Methods 120 patients with infra-patellar fat pad stain were divided into two groups,60 cases in treatment group were treated by voltaren cream with small activating collaterals dan,1 time/day,10 times as one course of treatment,continuous treatment for 1 to 2 course of treatment;60 cases in control group were given partial closed treatment of triamcinolone acetonide injection and lidocaine injection,1 time/day,4 times as one course of treatment,continuous treatment for 1 to 2 course of treatment.Results The cure rate and total efficiency of the treatment group was 51.7%,95.0% respectively,the cure rate and total efficiency of the control group was 36.7%,85.0% respectively.The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than control group,with statistics significance ( P <0.05).Conclusion The treatment of futalin cream with small activating collaterals dan on the infra-patellar fat pad stain has significant effect and can improve the clinical symptoms effectively.
