新生儿游泳与抚触在产科临床应用的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿游泳与抚触在产科中的应用效果,评价其临床应用价值。方法收集2012年5～10月本院产科分娩的新生儿50例为观察组,观察组中医护人员与家属采用游泳与抚触的护理方式对新生儿进行沐浴;选择同期分娩的新生儿50例为对照组,医护人员采用单独产科常规护理方法对新生儿进行沐浴。结果观察组的新生儿喝奶量、黄疸指数、睡眠时间等相关指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属的满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新生儿游泳与抚触的应用有利于新生儿身心健康,提高家属满意度,具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the application effect of the neonatal swimming and touching in the depatment of obstetrics and to evaluate its clinical value.Methods 50 cases with delivery of newborns were collected as the from May to October 2012 in the obstetrics of our hospital,the nursing method of the swimming and touching on neonatal to bath the newborns was used by the medical staff and their families in the observation group;at the same period,50 cases were collected as the control group,routine care was used to bath newborns by the medical staff in the control group.Results Amount of milk,jaundice index,sleep time etc in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05);family satisfaction in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group ( P< 0.05).Conclusion The application of neonatal swimming and touching is conducive to neonatal physical and mental health,and it can improve family satisfaction,it has good clinical value.
