固定献血车在城市血源招募中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨固定献血车在城市血源招募中的应用效果。方法统计2012年度固定献血车血源招募情况,并与2011年度同区域、2012年度同时期流动献血车的招募情况进行比较,分析其差异性。结果 2012年度固定献血车共招募3396人次献血,献血知识知晓率、晕血反应率、服务满意率、首次献血率等均比2011年度同区域、2012年度同时期流动献血车的招募情况好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选取合适的位置设置固定献血车用于血源招募具有"质优价廉"的特点,能极大地方便市民参与献血,且血源招募效果良好,固定献血车宜作为新型的血源招募模式推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of fixed vehicle of blood donation in recruitment of blood source in city.Methods The annual situation of recruitment of blood source in 2012 were statistically analyzed and compared with the recruitment situation of mobile vehicle of blood donation in same region in 2011 and the recruitment situation in same period in 2012.The differences were analyzed.Results In 2012,an annual blood donation of 3396 man-time were recruited,its degree of awareness rate of knowledge about blood donation,faint blood reaction rate,service satisfaction,blood donation rates for the first time were better than those of mobile vehicle of blood donation in same region in 2011 and in same period in 2012 with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion To set fixed vehicle of blood donation for recruiting blood source by choosing appropriate position has the characteristics of 'high quality and low price',is greatly convenient for citizens to participate in blood donation,has good effect in recruiting blood source,and should be promoted and used as a new recruitment mode of blood source.
