医学发展与“五师”联合服务模式探讨

摘　　要：医学的发展过程由简至繁,医院分科越来越细,专科医生很难对患者进行全方位的健康管理,在临床治疗过程中,医生对护士、营养师、临床药师及心理医师的依赖程度也越来越高。本文回顾性分析了护士、营养师、临床药师和心理医师对医学发展的贡献,探讨在当前情况下,从医院的角度出发,建立以临床医师为核心的包含护士、营养师、临床药师和心理医师的"五师"联合服务临床模式的必要性,并提出建立"五师"联合服务临床模式是当代医学发展的必然选择。The process of medical development is from simple to complex,and the hospital division is gradually divided in details.Specialists feel difficult in health management in a comprehensive way for patients,and become more and more dependent on advice from nurse,nutritionist,clinical pharmacist,and psychologist in the process of clinical treatment.The article retrospectively analyzes the contributions to medical development by nurse,nutritionist,clinical pharmacist,and psychologist,and discusses the necessity of combined service mode which includes nurse,nutritionist,clinical pharmacist,psychologist,and clinician (NNCPP) at core from hospital′s perspective under the current situation,and put forward that establishment of NNCPP combined service mode is the inevitable choice for the development of modern medicine.
