摘　　要：国际林纸协会（以下称ICFPA）是一个基于国家和区域性的林业和纸业协会的组织，该组织的主要任务和作用是为全球林纸行业协会搭建一个对话交流、合作的平台，并在国际性的组织会议作为全球林纸行业的代表。目前，ICFPA有38个林纸协会成员，包含了36个国家，占全球纸及纸板总产量的87%，全球木材产量的60%。 <br>　　ICFPA以及其成员协会均作出过承诺，表示将不断提高林纸行业的可持续发展程度。自2006年，ICFPA作出可持续性发展的承诺后，便开始发布两年一次的全球林纸行业可持续性发展报告，报告主要基于ICFPA的成员协会提供的数据，并对如下六个方面的发展情况进行介绍，主要包括：（1）缓解全球变暖和能源的日益紧张；（2）全球林业可持续管理的进展；（3）制止非法伐木方面的进展；（4）纤维的使用和回收；（5）环境保护和管理；（6）保障员工和社区利益。Recently,the International Council of Forest and Paper Association(ICFPA) issued the '2013 ICFPA Sustainability Progress Report',which is the fourth biennial report that highlights the progress of national and regional member associations in acting on sustainability progress. This year,the focus of the report is on the industry's contribution to the green economy.Thereportdescribeshowtheforestandpaperindustriesaresupportingthetransitiontoagreeneconomythroughfivemain areas: resource efficiency,bio-based products,innovative technologies,carbon sequestration and benefiting communities.Member case studies throughout the report highlight progress towards the green economy on national and regional levels.Based on the '2013 ICFPA Sustainability Progress Report',CPPI specially organized this topic 'Green paper,global action',with the aim to show the green development of global forest and paper industry.
