摘　　要：传统造纸工业作为浙江省六大重污染高耗能行业之一，面临着行业整治提升的新局势。文章结合整治提升的要求，分析了造纸企业清洁生产审核过程需重点做好的六个方面：淘汰落后产能、革新工艺技术、重视节能节水、废弃物综合利用、末端治理与清洁生产有机结合、二噁英污染控制等。在此基础上，提出了持续提高企业清洁生产水平的三个关键点：推进能源计量管理、开展“三废”减量和持续清洁生产。Papermaking industry in Zhejiang Province, as one of the six heavy pollution and high energy consumption industry, is facing with the new situation of industry renovating and promoting.Combined with the requirements of industry renovating and promoting, analysis on the cleaner production process of papermaking needs to focus on the six aspects: the elimination of backward production capacity, innovative technology, paying attention to energy saving, making good use of waste materials,organismcombinationofend-pipetreatmentandcleanerproduction,dioxin pollution control and so on. On this basis, three key points were put forward to continuously improve the level of cleaner production and energy measurement management, carry out the'three wastes' reduction and sustainable cleaner production.
