摘 要:采用中温EGSB反应器和氧化沟为主要单元,高级氧化为辅助单元的组合工艺处理麦草浆中段废水。工艺运行结果表明:经过该组合工艺改造后,氨氮和总氮满足造纸废水相关标准要求。当进水CODCr浓度为7880~9600mg/l时,主要单元处理后,CODCr浓度<210mg/l,CODCr去除率达98.6%;经过高级氧化处理后,CODCr浓度<79mg/l,色度<37倍。此工艺出水水质稳定达标,能广泛应用于麦草浆废水处理的实际工作中。Washing & bleaching effluent from wheat straw pulping was treated by combined technologies of medium temperature EGSB reactor and oxidation ditch as major units, and advanced oxidation as supplementary unit. The practical results show that after the improvement of the combination process, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen can be accordance with the requirement of relevant standards. When CODCr at the inlet of the system is 7880~9600mg/l, the CODCr after the treatment through major units is less than 210mg/l, with the removal rate up to 98.6%;after the advanced oxidation, CODCr is less than 79mg/l and chroma less than 37. The combined process is stable in water quality at outlet, the ifnal discharge can be accordance with the standard, which can be widely used in the practical application for wheat straw pulp wastewater treatment.
