摘　　要：从硬件配置、网络结构、软件设计等方面详细介绍了S7-400软冗余在太阳纸业#3碱炉的应用。整个系统基于Profibus-DP现场总线,以西门子软冗余的方式,利用工业以太网实现上位机和AS站之间的数据交换。The successful application of S7-400 development platform in the plant of #3 recovery boiler in Sun Paper is described in detail. The description includes hardware conifguration, network structure, software design of control loop. The entire system was based on Proifbus-DP, in software redundancy of Siemens, data exchange was conducted between host computer system and AS station by the way of industrial Ethernet.
