摘  要:建立桑椹药材红外光谱鉴别方法,为桑椹的鉴别研究提供参考。对石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、乙醇提取物及药材粉末在400 cm-1~4000 cm-1范围内进行测定,记录各提取物及药材粉末的红外吸收光谱,依据各自特征吸收峰鉴别药材。石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、乙醇提取物4种提取物及药材粉末的红外吸收峰各有差异,具有一定特征性。桑椹红外光谱鉴别具有简便、快捷的优点,为桑椹鉴别提供辅助手段。To establish qualitative identification method for Mori Fructus and provide basic information for the identification for Mori Fructus. The extracts of petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, butanol, ethanol and the power of Mori Fructus were determined by infrared spectrometer from 400 cm -1-4 000 cm -1 and the spectras were recorded, Mori Fructus was identified by characteristic absorption peaks. There are different between the extracts, which showed that there were some characters in the IR spectrometers of Mori Fructus. The method of FTIR is simple, rapid, which provides supplementary means for the qualitative identification of Mori Fructus.
