摘 要:研究消化器消解-连续流动法测定肉样品中总磷含量的方法。采用消化器消解-连续流动法测定肉中总磷含量,并且优化了消化器消解的条件。样品结果分析表明,所选择的样品的总磷测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.72%~1.87%之间;对实际样品的加标平均回收率在97.0%~105.5%之间;与国标方法测定结果比较结果表明,消化器消解-连续流动法与国标重量法无显著差异。该法具有较好的重现性和准确性,适于批量肉中磷酸盐含量的快速测定。Meat samples were digested in a closed microwave digestion instrument, and then determinated total phosphorus content in meat by the continuous flow analysis. The results showed that relative standard deviation determination (RSD) of the total phosphorus of the sample was between 1.72%and 1.87%. To the actual samples of the labeled the average recovery was between 97.0%and 105.5%. As compared with the resolution-continuous flow digestion method and gravimetric method. The results showed no significant differences. This method is simple, operation, and good repeatability. It is suitable for the meat in rapid determination of phosphate content.
