摘　　要：本文介绍冯建春教授应用麻杏甘石汤的临床经验,她认为该方剂不仅用于治疗"外感未解,痰热郁肺"的咳喘,还可扩展至许多证型,实际应用中,采用辨病与辨证相结合,治疗重在宣肺,临床应用复杂多变。This article presents Professor FENG Jian-chun’s clinical experience on Maxing Ganshi decoction application. Her view is that which can be used in the treatment of cough that belongs to“infection and phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome”, but also many other syndromes. We should relay on the differential diagnosis of diseases and differentiation of symptoms and signs, and focus on the ventilating the lung in practice. It’s flexible and changeful in clinical application.
