益肾蠲痹丸结合针灸理疗治疗骨性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨益肾蠲痹丸结合针灸理疗治疗骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取骨关节炎患者60例,其中行益肾蠲痹丸结合针灸理疗治疗患者30例作为观察组,行益肾蠲痹丸药物治疗患者30例作为对照组,观察两组患者疗效。结果:观察组患者静息痛指数、关节压痛指数及关节肿胀指数明显低于对照组(P<0.05);活动痛指数两组间差异无统计学意义。观察组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益肾蠲痹丸结合针灸理疗治疗骨性关节炎效果更佳,值得在临床上大力推广使用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect on treating osteoarthritis by Yishen Juanbi pill combined with acupuncture therapy. Methods:To select 60 cases with osteoarthritis, in the observation group 30 cases were treated by Yishen Juanbi pill combined with acupuncture therapy, in the control group 30 cases were treated by Yishen Juanbi pill, observation of the efficacy of the two groups. Results:In the observation group the joint tenderness index, joint swelling index, rest pain inde were lower than the control group (P<0.05); no statistically significant difference between the two groups active pain index. To observe the effective rate was significantly higher than the control group patients (P<0.05). Conclusion:Treating osteoarthritis by Yishen Juanbi pill combined with acupuncture therapy has a good effect, it is worth to popularize in clinical use.
