摘　　要：本文从病因病机、诊断特点等方面介绍了徐升阳教授治疗经行头痛的经验。肝郁型头痛,血瘀型头痛,二者往往相互影响,施治中疏肝、平肝、理气、化瘀结合运用,注意头痛部位不同的引经药。From the etiology and pathogenesis, diagnostic characteristics, etc. The experience for treating headache is described in this paper. Liver stagnation type headache, and Blood-type headache, pain in blood circulation collaterals. The two types usually influence each other. Pain treatments are smoothing the liver; calming the liver; regulating the flow of vital energy and and removing blood stasis. The menstruation promotion medicines of headache are very important.
