摘　　要：目的:探讨近年耳穴贴压治疗失眠症的机理研究及临床治疗情况。方法:通过对近年来有关耳穴贴压治疗失眠症的机理研究及治疗情况的文献进行分析总结。结果:耳穴贴压具有调节脏腑经络功能、神经功能、血管功能等多方面作用,临床应用较为广泛。结论:耳穴贴压治疗失眠症,疗效显著,操作方便,无不良反应,患者易于接受。Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism research of ear acupoint pressing therapy on treating insomnia. Methods:The mechanism research and treatment literatures which on treating insomnia with ear acupoint pressing therapy in recent years on were analyzed and summarized. Results:Ear acupoint pressing therapy can regulate the function of organs, neurologic, vascular function and so on, is widely applied in clinical. Conclusion: Ear acupoint pressing therapy on treating insomnia have obvious curative effect, convenient operation, no adverse reaction, and is easily accepted by patients.
