芪白平肺胶囊对COPD抑郁障碍模型大鼠作用机理研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨芪白平肺胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)抑郁障碍模型大鼠的疗效及作用机理。方法:将60只大鼠随机分为对照组(15只)、模型组(15只)、芪白平肺胶囊组(15只)和黛力新(氟哌噻吨美利曲辛)组(15只),造模后分别干预灌胃1个月,比较各组大鼠行为学表现、肺功能及大鼠海马5-HT水平。结果:芪白平肺胶囊组模型大鼠糖水消耗实验、敞箱实验运动评分、5-HT水平较对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05);芪白平肺胶囊组模型大鼠肺功能较对照组有所下降(P<0.05),较模型组改善明显(P<0.01)。结论:芪白平肺胶囊能改善COPD抑郁障碍模型大鼠行为学及海马5-HT水平,对COPD抑郁障碍有一定疗效。Objective: To investigate the action mechanism of Qibai Pingfei capsules on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) rat model of depression. Methods:60 rats were randomly divided into the control group (15 rats), model group (15 rats), Qibai Pingfei capsules group (15 rats), Deanxit (Flupentixol melitracen) group (15 rats). After modeling interventions were given gavage administered a month, the rats behavioral manifestations, pulmonary function and hippocampal 5-HT levels between groups were compared. Results: Qibai Pingfei capsule group rats sugar consumption experiment, open field test motor score, 5-HT levels than the control group showed no significant difference (P>0.05);lung function of Qibai Pingfei capsule group rat model compared with the control group was decreased (P<0.05), significantly better than that of model group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Qibai Pingfei capsules can improve the behavior and hippocampus 5-HT level of COPD rat model of depression;have a certain effect on the COPD depression.
