摘　　要：姚树国主任医师在膝骨性关节炎的病因病机方面,重视分期辨证,认为在本为肝肾气血亏虚,在标为寒湿痰瘀阻络;在治疗方面,主张内外兼治、手法为先、功能至上、动静结合的原则。YAO Shu-guo director of the physician emphasised on staging differentiation in terms of pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis (KOA), he believed that“Ben”as the liver and kidney blood deficiency, in the“Biao”for the cold dampness phlegm network;In terms of treatment, advocated the principle: treatment with internal and external, techniques as the first, functionality comes first combining static and dynamic.
