手法配合银杏达莫治疗椎动脉型颈椎病96例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医理筋手法配合静滴银杏达莫注射液治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:通过对96例椎动脉型颈椎病的治疗,进行治疗前后评分的比较。结果:参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》,临床控制24例(26%),显效48例(50%),好转18例(18%),未愈6例(6%),总有效率为90(94%)。结论:中医理筋手法配合静滴银杏达莫注射液治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效可靠,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect on treating CSVA(cercical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy) by massage combined with Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole. Methods:Based on treating 96 cases of CSVA, compare the score before and after treatment. Results:According to“Standard of diagnosis and therapeutic effect of TCM diseases”, 24 cases of clinical control (26%), effective in 48 cases (50%), improved in 18 cases (18%), 6 cases were healed (6%), the total effective rate was 90 (94%). Conclusion:The curative effect is reliable on treating CSVA by Chinese manipulation combined with intravenous drip of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection, worthy of promotion.
