经漏日久宜灸、针、药并调肝脾肾

摘　　要：笔者多年的临床发现,经漏日久,主因是肾虚、脾虚、肝郁致冲任损伤,审因论治当肝脾肾三者并调,但仅恃用药一途,且面面俱顾,加上今之中药饮片质量不及往昔,实在难获速效。如难速效,一则难安患者之烦心、忧心,二则无益患者治疗信心并有损中医形象。鉴此,笔者近几年遇此病例采用直接灸、针刺、中药三法齐施并调肝脾肾,常获捷效。According to years of clinical findings of the author, kidney deficiency, spleen deficiency, stagnation of liver lead to menstrual blood constantly, the treatment should be take liver, spleen and kidney and adjust the three. Simply using TCM medicine treatment have slower onset, increase the psychological burden of patients and detrimental to the image of TCM medicine. So the author treating menstrual blood constantly with moxibustion, acupuncture, TCM medicine and recuperate liver, spleen and kidney, achieved good results.
