摘 要:为了研究直接空冷系统的风机运行时对风机桥架产生的扰力,设计制作了1∶1试验模型,选择3种工况进行试验,运用无线测量技术对风机运行时风机轴的应变及转速进行了测试,通过应变分离技术确定了由转子质量偏心引起的扰力、由扇叶竖向振动引起的弯矩、由驱动风机旋转引起的扭矩、由空气反作用引起的竖向扰力,分析了不同工况、不同转速、不同扇叶数量等条件下四种扰力的特性。试验结果可供从事空冷风机桥架及其支撑结构设计的人员参考。To research the oscillation forces of fans of a direct air cooling system during operation on the fan bridge truss, 1:1 test model was made and three working conditions were selected for the test. The strain and the speed of revolution of the fan shaft in running state were measured by using radio survey techniques. Taking advantage of the strain isolation technique, oscillation forces produced by rotor mass eccentricity, bending moments produced by vertical vibration of the fan blade, torque produced by driving the fan and vertical oscillation forces produced by air reaction were determined. Then four characteristics of oscillation forces in the conditions of different operating modes, different running speeds and different numbers of fan blades were analyzed. The test results give references to the design of air cooling fan bridge trusses and corresponding supporting structures.
