摘  要:运用阶次跟踪分析方法,研究某车型手动变速箱二挡啸叫噪声现象。在阶次跟踪等角度间隔重采样算法中,提出用分段三次埃尔米特(Hermite)多项式代替传统最小二乘法多项式拟合变速箱输入轴转速曲线,再分段对其积分获得变速箱输入轴转角表达式,提高转速拟合与阶次跟踪分析精度;将短时傅里叶变换(STFT)用于阶次跟踪分析;对实车进行啸叫噪声实验,并结合变速箱噪声实验评价经验,定量分析与研究变速箱二挡啸叫现象。Order tracking analysis approach was used to study whine noise of a certain manual gearbox. Firstly, in the equal angle interval resampling algorithm of order tracking, piecewise cubic Hermite polynomial was proposed to fit the input-shaft rotating speed curve of the gearbox instead of the traditional least square polynomial. Then, the curve was integrated to get the input-shaft angle expression of the gearbox and to improve the fitting accuracy of the rotating speed and the order tracking analysis accuracy. Further more, the short-time Fourier transformation (STFT) was applied in order tracking analysis. Finally, a vehicle test for whine noise was conducted. Combining the subjective evaluation experience of a gearbox noise test, the whine noise phenomenon of the 2nd gear was analyzed and studied quantitatively.
