摘 要:对带有周向前弯8.3°和周向后弯8.3°叶片的低压轴流风机,采用近远场动态压力测量技术,实验研究了小流量工况下叶顶泄漏流诱发的间隙噪声近远场声学特性,及周向弯曲叶片对间隙噪声的影响。结果表明:随流量的降低,周向弯曲叶片改变了泄漏流的强弱和迁移速度;在近远场功率谱的整个频域内,存在着由泄漏流诱发的间隙噪声,其具有宽频频率特性,这种低频特性随流量降低幅值逐渐增强,并向更低频段转移,周向前弯叶片向低频段迁移速度最慢;周向弯曲叶片对声学指向性的影响不同,周向前弯叶轮的声压级各个方向变化差异较大,而周向后弯叶轮变化较均匀。Tip-clearance noise induced by tip-leakage flow in axial flow fans, with blades skewed circumferentially at angles of ±8.3° was investigated under off-designation conditions with dynamic pressure tests in sound near-field and far-field. The characteristics of tip-clearance noise and the effect of circumferential skewed blades on tip-clearance noise were discussed with test results. The results revealed that as the flow rate decreases, the strength and transfer velocity of tip leakage flow are changed by circumferntial skewed blades; in the whole frequency domain of the near-field and far-field, the broadband frequency components of tip-clearance noise are observed and tend to increase in lower frequency domain, especially, for circumferential forward-skewed blades; the effects of circumferential skewed blades on the directivity patterns of the far-field overall SPL with various flow rates are different; the SPL of forward-skewed blade at all directions varies more obviously than that of backward-skewed bladedoes.
