摘 要:制备了聚苯乙烯(expanded polystyrene,EPS)体积含量0~40%的混凝土试样。利用分离式Hopkinson压杆(split Hopkinson pressure bar,SHPB)对其进行了冲击压缩试验,得到了不同应变率下的应力–应变曲线。发现EPS混凝土具有与常规混凝土显著不同的应变率效应。研究了两种EPS粒径,四种EPS含量的EPS混凝土的抗压强度与应力率的关系,并给出了经验公式。定义了能够表征EPS混凝土吸能性能的韧度指数,并研究了上述种类EPS混凝土韧度指数与应力率的关系。随EPS体积增加,其韧度指数大大增加,尤其是对于小粒径EPS混凝土。The expanded polystyrene (EPS) concrete specimens with 0-40% EPS volume content were prepared. Dynamic compressive tests were performed using the split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB). The stress-strain curves of EPS concrete under different strain rate were obtained. The results indicated that the strain rate effects of EPS concrete are obviously different from those of normal concrete. The relations between compression strength and stress rate were investigated for two types of EPS bead size and four types of EPS volume content, the corresponding empirical formulas were given too. The toughness index characterizing EPS concrete energy absorption properties was defined. The relations between toughness index and stress rate were studied for the above types of EPS concrete. It was shown that the toughness index of EPS concrete increases significantly with increase in EPS volume content, especially, for EPS concrete with small bead size.
