摘  要:在分析和研究了电主轴性能退化失效机理的前提下,选取合适的性能退化特征量,在此条件下设计电主轴可靠性实验方案,并在该方案的指导下进行电主轴可靠性实验。在研究了基于伪寿命分布的退化数据可靠性评估方法的基本原理基础上,应用该方法结合电主轴实验样本的可靠性实验数据,综合虚拟增广样本法对其可靠性进行评估。最终获得失效分布函数、分布密度函数及其曲线,以及一系列可靠性指标,包括可靠度函数及其曲线、失效率函数及其曲线、平均寿命及部分可靠寿命等。Firstly, the performance degradation failure mechanism of an electric spindle was analyzed and studied. Then, the suitable performance degradation characteristic quantities were selected. Under this condition, the reliability testing scheme of the electric spindle was designed. The reliability test of the electric spindle was done under the guidance of the scheme. Further, the basic principle of the reliability evaluation method of degradation data based on distribution of false lifetime was studied. On this basis, the method was applied to assess the reliability of the electric spindle by combining the reliability test data of the electric spindle's test samples and the virtual augmented sample method. Eventually, the failure distribution function, the distribution density function and its curve were obtained. A series of reliability indices were achieved including reliability function and its curve, failure rate function and its curve, average lifetime, partial reliable lifetime and so on.
