摘　　要：目的探讨改良冻硬胃管插入法在急性中毒意识模糊患者洗胃中应用的临床效果。方法方便性抽样选择嘉兴市第二医院急诊科40例口服农药或药物中毒导致意识模糊且需急诊洗胃患者,按就诊单双日分成两组,对照组采用常规胃管插入法,观察组采用改良冻硬法插入胃管,观察两组患者的一次插管成功率和平均插管时间。结果观察组一次插管成功率高于对照组,平均插管时间少于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论改良冻硬胃管插入法是一种简便、快捷且安全的胃管插入方法,可用于急性中毒后意识模糊的患者。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the improved frozen hard gastric tube intubation in gastric lavage for patients with acute poisoning confusion.Methods Forty patients of confusion due to oral pesticides or drugs requiring emergency gastric lavage were randomized into two groups: control group with the routine gastric insertion and experimental group with the improved frozen hard gastric tube insertion.The one-time intubation success rate and average intubation time were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the one-time intubation success rate was significantly higher,while the average intubation time was significantly lower in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved frozen hard gastric tube insertion is a simple,quick and safe gastric tube intubation for patients with acute poisoning confusion.
