摘　　要：目的探索方便可靠的测量下肢动脉血压的方法。方法选取乳腺肿瘤PICC置管患者260例并分别测量月国动脉血压及踝动脉血压,比较月国动脉血压测量与踝动脉血压测量对袖带选择、测量值、测量部位接受度、体位影响的差异。结果动脉血压测量与踝动脉血压测量对袖带选择、测量值、测量部位接受度、体位影响方面的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论应用2种测量下肢血压的方法尤其是采用踝部动脉血压测量法,可解决乳腺肿瘤手术PICC置管后患者血压测量的难题,且简便易行,值得推荐。Objective To explore the convenient and reliable method for measurement of arterial blood pressure.Methods 260 breast cancer patients with PICC catheterization were conducted with measurement of popliteal arterial blood pressure and ankle arterial blood pressure retrospectively.Differences of cuff selection,measured value,acceptability of region and body position were compared between two methods of measurement.Results There were significant differences of cuff selection,measured value,acceptability of region and body position between the two methods of measurement(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of two methods of measurement,especially the measurement of ankle arterial blood pressure can solve the problems of blood pressure measurement in breast cancer patients with PICC catheterization,so it is worthy of application and popularization.
