护理干预对115例复治涂阳肺结核患者服药依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的分析护理干预对复治涂阳肺结核患者服药依从性的影响。方法对115例复治涂阳肺结核患者进行督导化疗管理,并将115例患者随机分为干预组及对照组,对干预组不同类型患者采取有效的护理干预,比较分析2组患者服药依从性。结果干预组的复治涂阳肺结核患者服药依从性优于对照组,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论督导化疗管理过程中,判断不同类型患者的心理活动过程并对其采取积极有效的护理干预,能提高复治涂阳肺结核患者的服药依从性,从而提高复治涂阳肺结核患者的化疗疗效。Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the compliance of recurrent patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 115 recurrent patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis were conducted with chemotherapy management,and meanwhile they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The different types of patients in the intervention group were conducted with the effective nursing intervention,and the compliance of medication was analyzed and compared between two groups as well.Results Compliance of medication in the intervention group was better than the control group,and there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion During the steering chemotherapy management process,the effective nursing intervention based on mental activity and condition in different types of patients can improve the compliance of medication in recurrent patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis and enhance the chemotherapeutic efficacy for recurrent patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis.
