针对性护理应用于在校大学生胃溃疡患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨针对性护理应用于在校大学生胃溃疡患者的疗效。方法将100例在校大学生胃溃疡患者随机分为2组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予针对性护理。比较2组护理的总体疗效、不良反应发生率、临床症状及心理状况的改善情况。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组;观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组;观察组护理后上腹痛、胃灼热以及反酸等症状及心理状况的改善均明显优于对照组。结论针对性护理在在校大学生胃溃疡患者中的应用效果尤佳,可明显提高临床总有效率,降低不良反应发生率,显著改善临床症状及心理状况,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of targeted nursing for university students with gastric cancer.Methods One hundred university students with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into 2 groups,50 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional nursing,while observation group given targeted nursing based on the treatment of control group.The total nursing effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions,improvement of clinical symptoms and psychological status were compared in 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than in control group.After nursing,the improvement of symptoms like abdominal pain,heartburn,acid regurgitation and psychological status in observation group was superior to that in control group.Conclusion Targeted nursing has better application effects on university students with gastric ulcer,it can obviously improve the total clinical effective rate,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and ameliorate clinical symptoms and psychological status significantly,so it should be promoted in clinical nursing and application.
