摘　　要：目的分析骨科老年手术患者医院感染的相关因素,探讨有效的护理对策。方法以卫生部2001年颁布的医院感染诊断标准为依据,前瞻性监测与回顾性调查2009年1月—2011年12月的239例骨科手术。结果 239例骨科老年手术患者发生感染32例,感染率为13.39%。结论通过注重基础疾病的护理、加强病区和患者管理、规范操作技术、合理使用抗生素、加强手卫生和电话回访等护理对策,可有效降低骨科老年手术患者医院感染的发生率。Objective To analyze the corrective factors of hospital infection in the elderly surgical patients in the department of orthopedics and explore the effective nursing countermeasures.Methods Based on the standards for hospital infection promulgated by the Ministry of Health in 2001,239 patients with orthopedic surgery from January 2009 to December 2011 were monitored prospectively and analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 239 elderly surgical patients,32 patients had hospital infection,and the infection rate was 13.39%.Conclusion Through the nursing concentrated on the basic diseases,enhanced management for infection patch and patients,reasonable application of antibiotics and the reinforced hand hygiene and telephone return,the incidence rate of hospital infection in the elderly surgical patients in the department of orthopedics can be reduced effectively.
