循证护理在LEEP刀治疗前庭大腺脓肿护理中的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在妇科门诊LEEP刀治疗前庭大腺脓肿中的效果。方法将46例患者分为观察组23例和对照组23例,观察组采用循证护理方法,对照组采用一般护理措施,观察比较2组的护理效果。结果观察组能有效配合手术,且在手术时间、术中出血、术后愈合、复发率、患者满意度等方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理方法应用于LEEP刀治疗前庭大腺脓肿的护理中可取得满意效果。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing(EBN) on the treatment of bartholinian abscess patients with LEEP knife therapy.Methods 46 patients were divided into observation group and control group,23 cases in each group.The observation group was conducted with EBN,while the control group was conducted with conventional nursing measures.Effect of nursing was compared between two groups.Results Operative cooperation was effective in the observation group,and the indexes such as operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative healing,recurrence rate and satisfactory degree toward nursing in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of EBN in the nursing of bartholinian abscess patients with LEEP knife therapy can achieve satisfactory and effective effect.
