摘　　要：以高等农业院校为例,提出了农林类高等学校在新农村建设中应承担的责任,并从高等农业院校拥有的信息资源优势,人才资源优势和科研成果优势等方面着手,详细分析了高等农业院校在推进农村信息化建设中的作用及措施。Higher Agricultural Colleges as an Example.In this article the construction content and frame structure of rural informatization were discussed in detail based on the analysis of current situation and development bottleneck of rural informatization in China.The responsibility of agricultural university in construction of rural was proposed,and the functions and measures of higher agricultural university in response to rural informatization construction were analyzed from the advantages of information resources,human resources,scientific research achievements and other aspects.
