民办高校图书馆开展大学生文化素质教育的创新途径——以黑龙江东方学院为例

摘　　要：文化素质教育是整个素质教育的基础。如何更好地发挥民办高校图书馆的教育职能,加强对大学生的文化素质教育是面临的新课题、新任务。研究根据黑龙江东方学院图书馆开展文化素质教育的实践,通过摸索、探寻对适合民办高校图书馆开展大学生文化素质教育培养的切实可行的创新途径与方法进行探讨。Cultural quality education is the basis of quality education.The new issues and tasks for the library of private vocational institutes were how to give full play of the educational function to strengthen cultural quality education for college students.In this article the practices of carrying out cultural quality education by Heilongjiang East University Library were discussed,and the practical innovation ways and methods which suit for library of private vocational institutes to carry out cultural quality education for college students were proposed at last.
