摘　　要：分析了按流量收取供暖费制度存在的问题,提出了一种基于J2EE的远程抄表管理系统,介绍了其应用架构和技术框架并阐述了其中的若干关键技术。该系统自动完成用户数据的远程采集、记录、实时检测、统计分析等管理工作,克服了人工抄表方式的弊端,提高了系统的实用性。By analyzing problems existed in the flow-based heat allocation system,this paper proposes the remote data meter-reading management system based on J2EE,presents its configuration and technology frame and elaborates some key technologies.The system automatically conducts administration of remote collecting,recording,real-time examination,statistics and analysis,and the other management of the users' data.Overcomes the abuse of meter-reading manually to improve system practicality.
