摘　　要："农超对接"对于落实菜篮子民生工程,促进农业产业化和提高农民收益都意义重大。美特好在实施农超对接过程中,存在对接基地规模小、管理差、物流效率低等一系列问题。要实现"农超对接"的可持续发展,美特好需要在政府的更多支持下,大力推进标准化和信息化,完善冷链物流渠道,提高对接合作社的管理水平。One of the most important trend of agriculture logistics is MCAS(the Mode of Connecting Agriculture with Supermarkets).By introducing the meaning and feature of MCAS,this paper takes Meet-all Supermarket of Shanxi Province as an example,and analyzes the advantages and bottlenecks of the MCAS and the relevant policies implemented in Shanxi Province,finally presents the management strategies and proposals for improving the development of MCAS.
