摘  要:在分析化工行业建设项目退水分类及特点的基础上,从水资源论证角度对其退水影响的风险分析方法进行研究,分别从风险识别、风险影响、防护及补偿措施几个方面探讨了该项论证工作的方法及注意问题,为化工行业建设项目水资源论证中非正常工况下的风险分析提供参考。According to classifications and characteristics of wastewater discharge from chemical industry construction projects,risk analysis methods of its impact were studied in this paper from the point of water resources assessment.The approach to water resources assessment of chemical industry construction projects and the problems to be concerned were also discussed through respects of risk identification,risk impact and protection and compensation measures in this paper.The results can provide reference for risk analysis of wastewater discharge from chemical industry construction projects in abnormal operation.
