摘　　要：原位膀胱替代术是目前治疗肌层浸润性膀胱癌的常见方法,术后患者的生活质量是评价治疗策略的关键因素.近年来,越来越多的国内外学者对原位膀胱替代术后患者的生活质量进行了研究,为其提供了合理的评价依据.The orthotopic neobladder is recently considered as the most common form of urinary diversion in the treatment of muscle invasive bladder cancer,and the postoperative quality of life in patients is a key factors for assessing the therapeutic options.In recent years,many studies have investigated the postoperative quality of life in patients with orthotopic neobladder,which provides a reasonable basis for the evaluation of orthotopic neobladder.
