摘　　要：本文首先介绍了RCS的产生原因,然后对RCS的国际标准进展、商用情况进行了描述。随后,本文从用户、合作伙伴、运营商三个角度分析了RCS的价值,把RCS与移动互联网应用进行对比,指出RCS是运营商未来业务发展的重要方向。同时,本文还从逆向角度进行分析,指出不发展RCS的可能结果,进一步论证RCS的重要性。最后,本文对RCS部署时需要关注的问题进行了阐述,为制定部署方案提供参考。This paper ifrst describes the causes of RCS, and then it introduces the progress of RCS international standard and RCS commercial condition. Subsequently, the paper analyzes the RCS value from three angles:customer, the third partner and the operator. Then, this paper compares RCS with the mobile internet applications, points out RCS is an important service direction for the operator. Meanwhile, the paper analyzes the RCS value from a contrarian point of view, and describes the likely outcome if the operator does not deploy RCS, so further demonstrates the importance of RCS. Finally, this paper describes the concerns of deployment, so as to provide a reference for developing deployment plan.
