摘 要:对于薄壁构件的单面焊双面成形和厚壁钢结构的打底焊道,焊缝背面成形控制至关重要。本研究分析了焊接熔池所受主要作用力及其与焊接规范之间的关系,提出了采用脉冲送丝式短路过渡焊接控制焊缝背面成形的新方法。在导出送丝速度与焊接电压给定值之间的匹配模型后,建立了脉冲送丝式CO2短路过渡焊接系统,对焊缝背面成形控制效果和适应性进行了试验研究。实验结果表明:与传统的等速送丝CO2短路过渡焊接相比,脉冲送丝式CO2短路过渡焊接对工件装配间隙和焊接电流的变化有更强的适应性。For one-side welding with back formation of thin-walled members and back welding of thick wall steel structures,the control on the back of weld is particularly crucial.The paper studied the main force on the welding pool in the welding quasi steady state,and investigated the relationship between main force and welding parameters.A new method that application of pulsed wire feeding in short-circuiting CO2 arc automatic backing welding was present.The matched model between wire feed rate and desired value of welding voltage was proved,then the backing welding system with pulsed wire feeding was set up to control the weld formation,and then the control effect on back formation and the system's adaptability was studied by experiment.It is found experimentally that the system with pulsed wire feeding in short-circuiting CO2 arc welding has stronger adaptability to the assembly clearance and the change of welding current,comparing with the constant-speed wire-feeding CO2 arc welding system.
