摘 要:高速铁路的快速发展对无缝线路钢轨焊接接头的平直度提出了更高的要求,钢轨焊接接头的打磨质量直接影响了其平直度情况。现有的现场仿形打磨系统已经不能满足高速铁路的发展需要,因此,研究高精度的焊接接头仿形打磨设备对于提高钢轨打磨质量相当必要。在此设计的钢轨焊接接头仿形打磨系统,采用靠模仿形机构、电机驱动、工控机为上位机,PLC为下位机的一体化进程,经过调试表明,所设计系统合理,其打磨效果能达到《钢轨焊接》TB/T1632-2005的标准规定,在实际工程应用中具有现实意义。The development of high speed railway demands for the higher flatness of the welded joint. The grinding appearance of welded joints exerts significant effect on its flatness. While, the current field profiling grinding system cannot meet the requirement of the development of high speed railway,hence,it is definitely importance to investigate the high precision welding joint profiling grinding equipments for the improvement of polished appearance. In this study,the rail joints profiling grinding system adopts the integration process in which profile modelling structure is used,motor is taken as the drive,industrial computer is the central system and PCL is the slave system.By debugging and running of the system,it indicates that the designed system is reasonable and the grinding appearance can reach the standard requirement of TB/T1632-2005 in rail welding. In addition,it is practical significance in the practical engineering application.
