摘 要:针对现有建筑中广泛存在的结构体系混乱的情况,以某钢筋混凝土框架-砌体混合结构教学楼为例,分析了抗震鉴定方法和过程,提出了抗震加固方案。指出可将混合结构改造为纯框架结构:原混合结构的圈梁及主梁分别采用双梁及增大截面法加固。改造为框架梁:原钢筋混凝土柱采用增大截面法加固。改造为框架柱:原钢筋混凝土独立、条形混合基础采用双梁加固并增设拉梁。加固后,此教学楼可满足该地区的抗震设防要求。For hybrid structures exist widely in available buildings, a reinforced concrete frame and masonry hybrid teaching building was took as an example, the seismic appraisal method and process as well as the strengthening methods of this building were discussed. It puts forward that this building could be transformed into pure framework: the original ring beams and girders are strengthened with twin-beams and increased cross section methods respectively, so as to be transformed into frame beams; the columns are reinforced by increased cross section method so as to be transformed into frame columns; and the original independent and strip hybrid foundations are strengthened with twin-beams and connection beams. After taking these measures, the hybrid building can meet the requirements of seismic resistance within the district.
