摘 要:针对建筑面积在3000m2以下的小型办公建筑,根据建筑所处地域、功能、体形系数、朝向、窗墙面积比、遮阳和围护结构传热等因素,应用Dest-2和正交试验法,对建筑使用能耗进行全方位、全生命周期的分析。结果表明:建筑面积、建筑的正面朝向、室内温度、窗墙面积比、机器与照明热、窗玻材料和屋顶传热系数是影响建筑夏季冷负荷主要的因素,设计并控制好这些因素是实现建筑节能目标的重要手段,对建筑节能设计具有指导意义。For the small office buildings those construction area below 3,000 square meters, according to the factor of building region, function, shape coefficient, orientation, the area ratio of window and wall, shading, and heat transfer ect., the comprehensive and full life cycle analyses of the energy consumption of buildings have be done by the application of Dest-2 and the orthogonal test. The results show that the main factors, which affect cooling load of buildings in summer, are the construction area, toward the front of the building, room temperature, the area ratio of window to wall, equipment and lighting heat, window glass materials, heat transfer coefficient of the roof. The design and control of these factors will achieve good important means of building energy conservation, and this can guide building energy conservation design.
