摘 要:【目的】对新疆库尔勒地区的香梨树上发生的腐烂病进行病原鉴定。【方法】采用组织分离法分离采集到的腐烂病病组织,用形态学与分子生物学方法对病原菌进行鉴定。【结果】从新疆库尔勒香梨腐烂病树上分离获得32个分离物,未发现有性型。形态学和分子生物学鉴定的结果表明:28个分离株的形态特征与Cytosperma sacculus(Schwein.)Gvrit的特征描述相吻合,二者在rDNA-ITS序列构建的系统发育树中聚为一类;剩下的4个分离株的形态符合C.schulzeri Sacc.&P.Syd的特征描述,且rDNA-ITS序列的同源性较高。【结论】新疆库尔勒香梨树腐烂病病原菌为C.sacculus(Schwein.)Gvrit和C.schulzeri Sacc.&P.Syd,其中C.sacculus是主要种。【Objective】The purpose of this study is to identify the Valsa canker pathogens of Korla pear tree in Xinjiang. 【Method】Tissue isolation was used to isolate diseased plant samples,and morphological and molecular methods were used to identified the isolations.【Result】A total of 32 isolates were isolated from diseased tissue,and no teleomorph was found. They were identified as C. sacculus( Schwein.) Gvrit and C. schulzeri Sacc. & P. Syd by colonies color,size and amount of conidiomata,and morphological characteristics of conidiomata. The rDNA- ITS sequences phylogenetic analysis showed that 28 strains clustered together with V. ceratosperma( anamorph C. sacculus) and 4 strains clustered together with V. malicola( anamorph C. schulzeri). 【Conclusion】The pathogens of Valsa canker of Korla pear tree in Xinjiang are C. sacculus and C. schulzeri,the latter of which is dominant pathogen.
