摘  要:[目的]研究白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂、管氏肿腿蜂对杨十斑吉丁虫的防治技术.[方法]利用参试肿腿蜂引种地区与释放地区的自然条件、气侯条件、植被区系、白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂生物生态学特性、与寄主的吻合性等方面进行适应性分析.在室内24℃恒温、RH70%条件下,测定白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂、管氏肿腿蜂对杨十斑吉丁1~3龄幼虫的室内控制作用,研究不同龄期的寄主、不同虫蜂比例对2种肿腿蜂的寄生效果的影响.[结果]引种区和释放区的肿腿蜂生存生境相似,符合天敌昆虫引种的标准.在室内一定温湿度条件下,两种肿腿蜂在对不同龄期寄主的寄生试验中均表现为2龄、3龄的幼虫寄主较1龄幼虫寄主的寄生率、单管产卵量、单管出蜂数有显著性差异,而仔蜂雌性率没有显著性差异;两种肿腿蜂在不同虫蜂比例试验中均表现为3种虫蜂比例的寄生率、单管产卵量、单管出蜂数有显著性差异,仔蜂雌性率没有显著性差异.[结论]在室内24℃恒温、RH70%条件下,用杨十斑吉丁虫的2龄、3龄幼虫、虫蜂比例为1:3时寄生效果较佳.【Objective】To discuss the control technology of Melanophila picta Pallas by Scleroderma guani Xiao et Wu and Sclerodermus pupariae Yang et Yao.【Method 】The area from where the tested Bethyloidea was introduced was compared with the area of Xinjiang from different aspects such as natural conditions,climate element and plant department.Some analyses were conducted on Sclerodermus pupariae such as its characters,the ability in searching and adapting on the biology in which it lives in,and the situation of living in the biology.In the constant temperature 24℃ and RH 70%,Sclerodermus pupariae Yang et Yao and Scleroderma guani Xiao et Wu to 1-3 instar larva interior control effect of Melanophila picta Pallas were determined to study the influence of the two Bethyloideas' parasitic rate to the different ages and different host worms.【Result】The area from where Bethyloideas is introduced and the area of Xinjiang have the same habitat.In a certain temperature and humidity conditions,two kinds of Bethyloideas in the test of different host ages showed that 2-3 instar larva1 of host was significantly different from 1 instar larva1 of host in parasitic rate,single pipe hatching the number of bees and the number of single pipe laying eggs,but there was no significant difference between them in offspring male ratio.The host 's parasitic rate,single pipe hatching the number of bees,the number of single pipe laying eggs in different instars larva1 of host are significantly great,but there are no significant differences of offspring male ratio and offspring male ratio.【Conclusion】In the constant temperature 24℃ and RH 70%,the most appropriate host is Melanophila picta Pallas 2 3-instar larva and 3 3-instar larva,and also 3:1 is the optimal ratio among these treatments.
