摘 要:【目的】研究4UX-550型马铃薯挖掘机的作业性能,验证关键部件工作时的可靠性。【方法】应用Solidworks软件建立4UX-550马铃薯挖掘机的三维参数化造型,完成马铃薯挖掘机的整机装配。用ADAMS软件对马铃薯挖掘机进行仿真研究,获得摇臂的受力变化曲线,及作业时摇臂的最大受力,应用Solidworks/Simulation插件进行摇臂的强度分析。【结果】摇臂上A点的最大受力为14 937.48 N,摇臂上的B的最大受力为25 336.84 N,摇臂上的C点的最大受力为10 675.12 N,在有限元分析中将该载荷施加在摇臂上,分析的摇臂的最大应力为290.11 MPa,满足设计的强度要求。【结论】利用ADAMS仿真得到实际工作时摇臂的受力情况,用Solidworks/Simulation进行强度的分析,为验证马铃薯挖掘机摇臂的工作性能及可靠性提供了理论依据和设计的新思路。【Objective】The project aims to verify the reliability of key components to research the 4UX 550 potato excavator's operating performance.【Method】The 4UX-550 potato excavator's machine assembly was completed through applying Solidworks to build a three-dimensional parametric modeling of the machine.ADAMS software was used to study the potato excavator's kinematics and dynamics simulation,the rocker force curve,and the maximum force of the rocker in the job application were obtained.Solidworks/simulation were used to analyze plug-rocker's strength.【Result】The maximum force on point A is 14 937.48 N,on point B is 25 336.84 N,and on point C is 10 675.12 N,the load of which is applied on the rocker in finite element analysis,the maximum stress obtained is 290.11 Mpa,which meet the strength requirements of the design.【Conclusion】The ADAMS simulation to the actual work force,and the solidworks/simulation analysis of the strength,provide a theoretical basis for verifying the performance and reliability of the potato excavator and new ideas of the design.
