不同棉酚含量棉副产品对阿勒泰羊生产性能和泌尿系统的影响

摘　　要：[目的]研究在阿勒泰羊日粮中添加棉副产品,检测其对阿勒泰羊生产性能、尿液指标和泌尿系统的影响.[方法]选用40只,体重约25 kg的雄性阿勒泰羊,随机分成4组(对照组、试验组一、试验组二和试验组三),分别在日粮中添加不同含量棉酚的棉副产品,棉酚含量分别为0、200、300、400 mg/kg.定期称重并计算日增重,对尿液部分矿物元素和泌尿系统进行测定和观察.[结果]在第21～40 d,试验组三体重和日增重均为最高,与对照组均为差异显著(P＜0.05),试验组三与试验组一日增重差异显著(P＜0.05),但在第41～60 d,试验组三日增重下降,甚至个别羊出现负生长,试验组三在第1～60 d的日增重最低.试验组三尿液pH值有降低趋势,残渣中晶体有增大趋势,泌尿系统各组织有病变症状.[结论]添加不同棉酚含量的棉副产品,对阿勒泰羊尿液中矿物元素和泌尿系统有影响.【Objective】The purpose of this project aims to study the effect of adding cotton by-products on Altay sheep production performance,urine index and the urinary system.【Method】40 male Altay sheep about 25 kg heavy were chosen,and they were divided into four groups(control group and treatment group 1 and group 2 and treatment group 3).Cotton by-products with gossypol content of 0,200,300,400 mg/kg were added to their diet.Regular weighing and their daily growing weight were calculated,and mineral elements of urine part and urinary system were measured and observed.【Result】The results showed that from the 21thday to 40thday,the weight of treatment group 3 was increased the most highly.Compared to the control group,the difference was significant(P <0.05).And there was a big difference between group 3 and 1(P < 0.05).But from the 41thday,the weight increase tendency was slowed down;even negative growth appeared in several individuals.The daily gain of weight was the lowest in group 3 from the first day to the 60th day.As time went on,pH value in group 3 declined,and urine crystal residue increased and urinary system tissues had pathological change.【Conclusion】Adding different gossypol content of cotton by-product has influence on the urine mineral elements and urinary system of Altay sheep.
