摘　　要：【目的】研究哈萨克马体尺指标与产肉性能之间相关性。【方法】对12匹哈萨克马进行屠宰,并对反映其产肉性能和体尺指标的主要性状指标进行相关性分析。【结果】供宰马的平均活重(332.93±18.51)kg、屠宰率48.90%、净肉率38.30%、肉骨比3.64∶1、眼肌面积68.60 cm2。体高、体长、体长率、管围和管围率与胴体重、净肉重等屠宰指标之间存在不显著的正相关关系(P>0.05),体高、管围与宰前活重之间存在显著正相关(P<0.05),而胸围与屠宰率、胴体重、净肉重、净肉率之间存在极显著的正相关关系(P<0.01),胸围率与宰前活重、胴体重和净肉重之间存在极显著的正相关关系(P<0.01),与屠宰率、净肉率、骨重和眼肌面积之间存在显著的正相关关系(P<0.05)。【结论】哈萨克马的胸围、胸围率对其屠宰指标具有显著影响。【Objective】The experiment was conducted to study the correlation between body ruler and meat performance of Kazakh Horse.【Method 】 12 Kazakh horses were slaughtered and the main traits reflecting the meat performance and body ruler index were analyzed.【Result】The results showed that the average live weight of the slaughter horses was 332.93 ± 18.51 kg,the ratio of slaughter was 48.90%,the meat radio was 38.30%,and the meat-bone radio was 3.64∶ 1,and the eye muscle area was 68.60 cm2.There was not significantly positive correlation between the slaughter indexes of the net weight,net meat weight and the height at withers,the body length,the body length ratio,the circumference of cannon bone,the circumference of cannon bone ratio(P > 0.05),but significantly positive correlation between the slaughter weight and the circumference,the body length.The heart girth showed extremely significant positive correlation with the net weight,the net meat weight,the dressing radio and the meat radio(P < 0.01).There is extremely significant positive correlation between the heart girth ratio and the body weight before slaughter,the net weight,the net meat weight(P < 0.01),as well as significantly positive correlation between the heart girth ratio and the slaughter ratio,meat ratio,weight of bone,eye muscle area(P < 0.05).【Conclusion】 The heart girth and heart girth ratio of Kazakh horse has significant effect on the slaughtering index.
